Note: Until it is used, the package delivered is Bound to Account. After opening, it is Bound to the Character.

Important Note: You need at least one empty inventory Bag to hold the contents of the package.

Opening this package grants the following items, all of which are Bound to Character.

Virtues of the Valar - Tutorial Quest - Explains how to use the Virtue Tokens found in Coffer.

Trait: Riding Characteristic - *BtAoA item; if you already have skill you can send it to another character.

*** Note: When used, This item instantly raises your level to 130 AND teleports you to Skarhald. - There's no turning back!

Before using the item Valar Level Boost - 130 do the following:

Thorin's Gate in Ered Luin. ^{[15.0S, 103.6W]}

Celondim in Ered Luin. ^{[28.1S, 92.4W]}

Michel Delving in the Shire. ^{[34.2S, 75.5W]}

West Gate in Bree. ^{[29.5S, 52.7W]}

South Gate in Bree. ^{[31.9S, 50.4W]}

Having access to these stable-masters is essential for ease of travel as they are the main hubs to other places.

Note that you won't be able to harvest resource nodes until you have "leveled-up" your crafting skills appropriately.

After using the item Valar Level Boost - 130 immediately do this before adventuring:

Open your Armour and Weapon Item Packs and Equip your new gear pieces.
Choose a Specialization.
Choose and save your newly acquired Trait Points.
Use the Map to.. items you received as Travel Skills for later questing and exploring.
