These White Hand orc camps lie centrally in the Weather Hills, west of Weathertop and next to Candaith's Encampment with just a sheltering ridge in between. Two main camps cam be found in the upper hills, with a passage leading down to a lower camp overlooked by an auxiliary camp setup perfectly for watching the road. Orcs spill in and out of the camps, infesting the lands surrounding.
