Andrast (Sindarin for Long Cape), also known as Ras Morthil, is a large peninsula jutting out into the Great Sea to the west of Gondor. Although these lands used to belong to Gondor, the lands were slowly depopulated over time and largely abandoned, the wilds reclaiming most of the peninsula.
It lies to the west of Anfalas, and forms the western edge of the Bay of Belfalas, which runs all the way across to the city of Umbar.
