Location
- Lithlad (Sindarin for Ash-plain) is Mordor’s northern plain of ash.

- The ashen plain that lay beneath Mordor's northern mountain-wall, the Ered Lithui. It lay in the east of that land, beyond Gorgoroth and Barad-dûr.
