Location

The West-garth is one of the main areas of the city of Pelargir in Lower Lebennin in Central Gondor. ^{[83.0S, 34.8W]}

Description

The West-garth comprises roughly one-third of the city, including the West Gate, the western Stable and a number of other services. Most noticeable is the monumental Statue of Thorongil ^{[83.1S, 34.7W]} opposite the gate. Before the Corsair invasion, West-garth was home to many craftsmen and merchants, and many fine examples of the stonecarvers and builders arts are evident.
