Walkthrough & Notes
If you take the most direct route looking for the campfire, you will enter the Balewood at Núrzum's Wrath, and possibly right on top of Warband: Varg! The campfire can be approached by following the road north -- the west fork near Dunfast. Cerdic's Camp can be found in the southern reaches of the Balewood, on top of a small outcropping next to the western cliffs. [35.4S, 69.8W]

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'If you are in a rush to get under those trees, I saw a campfire just to the south-west not long ago, shortly after the sacking of Byre Tor. Not a good sign, for folk to flee under the roof of those trees. 'Balewood is haunted, you see. Those people need help, if you ask me, but none are brave enough to venture there.' Background Ecglaf spied a campfire at Balewood's edge not long after Byre Tor was taken over. Objective 1 Find the owner of the campfire in the Balewood The campfire under the trees was spotted south-west from the Lonely Height. You should find the owners of the campfire, for they are probably refugees from Byre Tor. Cerdic: 'Are you a ghost? Nobody in their right mind would come here. I wish I had not done so myself...'
