This icy cavern lies hidden somewhere deep under the tundra of Forochel. Characters are allowed to visit Kolo-hampât only during an Epic quest instance that starts in Sûri-kylä by Lothrandir, but after that the instance, and thus these caverns, are available at the Reflecting Pool of Forochel.
