A list of titles available by participating in events that occur in the game.
Most of these events are "Seasonal" in that they occur every year.
A few are one-time events that do not repeat, making the titles of historical interest as they are no longer obtainable.

Anniversary Celebration

These titles are awarded for activities during the annual LOTRO Anniversary celebration.

  • Battered, Bruised, and Contused - Everything is a little foggy. Why is confused spelled with a "t"? That is confusing in and of itself. Or is it contusing?

Farmers Faire

These titles are awarded for activities during the annual Farmers Faire.

The following titles were originally part of the Summer Festival due to U27.3 they are now part of Farmers Faire.

  • Sunshine - Summer festivities have given light to dark times and evil days.
Complete Deed: Celebrating Sunshine
  • Lucky Duck - Your ability to spot fast-eating hobbits and fast-staggering dwarves is uncanny.
  • Picky Picker - Your ability to spot fast-eating hobbits and fast-staggering dwarves has gone well beyond uncanny.
  • Rare Fish - It takes a rare sort of person to catch many rare fish.

Fashion Maven

This quest was only available to those who receive in-game mail from the Fashion Maven. Generally, those who have received a letter from the Fashion Maven report spending time in the vicinity of Bree-town while dressed appropriately. It apparently was only available on Landroval.
  • The Fashionable - You are strongly aware that you only get one chance to make a first impression, and take great care to ensure that your garments are up to the task!

  • The Unfashionable - You do care about appearances, but your look would benefit from a little more time spent on simple coordination.
  • The Eye-sore - Your choices strongly suggest that you set out to insult the entire Tailoring profession and all those who hold it dear. If you’re trying to make a statement, you certainly have!

This is a list of titles that may be obtained by eating certain types of food in the game.
  • the Unwise - You ate the cheese even after observing all of the warning signs. This makes you especially unwise.
Eat a Barrow-brie cheese. (Drops randomly from Elite Wights in Haudh Iarchith)
Eat 9 Eggs and Onions, 9 Complete Hobbit Breakfasts, 9 Delicious Crispy Bacons, and 9 Hobbiton Omelets.
Eat 3 Roast Pork, 3 Pork Sausages, 3 Pork Chops, 3 Delicious Crispy Bacons, 3 Steak & Kidney Pies, 3 Coney Pies, 3 Coney Stews, 3 Beef Stews, 3 Salted Beef Delights, 3 Roasted Chickens, 3 Delicious Steaks, and 3 Stew of Kings
Eat 6 pies in 30 seconds at the Festival Grounds.
Eat 7 Steak & Kidney Pies, 7 Mushroom Pies, 7 Coney Pies, 7 Perfect Pies, and 7 Spiced Apple Pies.
  • Vegetarian - You prefer meals of vegetables and fruits.

  • Brine-belly - You ate a lot of Keteph's crab on barley sandwiches.

  • Iron-stomach - You ate the cheese and many Keteph's crab on barley sandwiches.

These titles are awarded for activities in Frostbluff during the annual Yule Festival.
G.L.O.B.E. Theatre
  • Extra - Awarded for your participation in the G.L.O.B.E. Theatre event.
  • Thespian - You are a noble actor.
  • Star of the Show - You are the star of the show!
  • Protagonist - Awarded for your participation in the G.L.O.B.E. Theatre event.
  • Fruit Hucker - You are quite proficient at throwing rotten fruit.
  • Petal Pusher - You are quite proficient at throwing flower petals.
  • Laughing-stock - Your acting needs some work.
  • The Bard - Your performances have stirred many a heart, and brought both tears and laughter.
  • Villain - Awarded for your participation in the G.L.O.B.E. Theatre event.

  • Feast-beast - Your appetite has often been compared with a violent monster.
  • Miser - You have allied yourself with those who care only for money and not at all for people, and have been named accordingly!

  • The Openhanded - ou have shown yourself to be a kind and generous person, giving freely of your own coins to those who have more need of it than you.

These titles are awarded for activities during the annual Harvest Festival
  • Burrower - Your persistent adventures in the Haunted Burrow have earned you a most respectable title.
  • Foliage Watcher - In celebration of Autumn days, all throughout Middle-earth are granted an honourific for being present for the Festival Days.

These titles are awarded for activities during the periodic Hobnanigans event.
  • Chicken Chaser - For winning the Hobnanigan's match during Summerdays as a member of the Steel Beaks team.

Spring Festival

These titles are awarded for activities during the annual Spring Festival.
  • Amazeling - Having completed all the festival tasks, you have been granted an honourific by the pleasant hobbit Opal Goodbody.

  • The Poetical - A famous song has lodged itself in your head, and you can't seem to stop humming it.
  • The Enlightened - Your life is richer with the wonderful advice that has been bestowed upon you this day.

The Ale Association

These titles are awarded for Ale Association activities during various periodic festivals.

  • Ale Association Member - Complete the challenges of the Ale Association Initiation.
  • The Sinister - The Ale Association believes in one thing and one thing only: that hobbits have no business in the Ale-tasting business.
  • Abuser of Amusement - You have reached Friend standing with the Ale Association.
  • The Great Saboteur - You have reached Ally standing with the Ale Association.
  • Creep - You have reached kindred standing with the Ale Association.
  • No-gooder - You are rotten to the core. Why do you do the things you do?

The Inn League

These titles are awarded for Inn League activities during various periodic festivals.
  • Inn League Member - For completing the Inn League's grueling test, you are now a true member.
Complete Inn League Initiation
  • Inn League Senior Member - For helping the Inn League members with their tasks, you have been promoted to Senior status.
Help 5 Inn League members with their quests for booze (replaces Inn League Member)
  • Inn League Notable - For helping the Inn League members with their tasks, you have been promoted to Notable status. With great pride, you will wear this title among the people.
Help 11 Inn League members with their quests for booze (replaces Senior Inn League Member)
Drink 23 unique alcoholic beverages throughout Eriador
  • Do-gooder - You're a good, helpful sort. Everyone appreciates you!

The Lost Ring-lore of Eregion

These titles and quests are no longer available.
  • Student of the Past - You have helped recover some of the lost Ring-lore of Eregion for Lord Elrond of Rivendell.

  • Fool - It seems pretty foolish now - the journey of a chicken from Gramsfoot to Glân Vraig.
    Complete The Fox in the Hen House.
  • Endurer of Long Winters - In celebration of Yule days, all throughout Middle-earth are granted an honourific for being braving the cold to participate in the festival.
