Bestowal dialogue

'I must admit, this is the best place we've made camp so far. Nagli has truly outdone himself!

'Sheltered from the chill air... and the Orcs, and in sight of such a beautiful river—what more could I ask for?

'Have you walked along the Greylin, Alaruin? It has proven a site of many interesting finds of late... at least for me!

'Here, why don't you take my pan and try your luck in its waters? Go on!'

Background

One of the Want-kin, Gaustaf, has found joy in panning the Greylin for gem-stones and other interesting baubles.

Objective 1

The Greylin runs south out of Ered Mithrin to the east of Khadâsh-gâra.

Gaustaf has asked you to pan the Greylin in several locations and bring him what you find. You should pan the Greylin.

Objective 2

  • Deliver the gem-stones and pebbles to Gaustaf

Gaustaf can be found at Khadâsh-gâra in Elderslade.

You have found a few small gem-stones and interesting pebbles from panning the Greylin. You should return to Gaustaf.

Gaustaf: 'Well, let's have a look at what you found...'
Gaustaf looks over your collection of small gem-stones and pebbles
'What a lucky day you've had! Ah, but every day ought to be like this, shouldn't it?'
