'Look for him in the northern reaches of the Welkin-lofts, at a camp called Fellgát.' Background A runner from Scout-master Ausma has found you. Your orders are to assist Hórin in the peaks of the Welkin-lofts! Objective 1 Talk to Hórin in Fellgát, a camp in the northern reaches of the Welkin-lofts Ausma has sent word that the hobgoblins are moving into the Welkin-lofts. Your orders are to assist Hórin with tracking them down. You will find Hórin at a camp in the northern reaches of the Welkin-lofts called Fellgát. Hórin: 'Ah, <name>! Ausma's runner found you. Welcome to the top of the world!'
