Bestowal Dialogue

'If you are available, I am in need of someone who can brave the roads. As you can see, we do not have much in the way of farmland here. Most fruits and vegetables must be imported from other areas through trade.

'Take this copper bar to Iridír. It is in Ambarûl, to the north, across the Ikorbân. Find the man called Dashên, and give him the copper bar for as much fresh produce as he will give for it, and then return here.

'I hope you will do this, as you would not only be helping my business but also helping my customers have access to a variety of foods.'

Background

Tibira has need of someone to travel to Ambarûl and make a trade for her.

Objective 1

Tibira has asked you to take her copper ingot to Dashên at Iridír in Ambarûl and trade it for fresh produce.

Dashên: 'Hashtal-gûr! Back again, are we?'
You tell Dashên that you are trading on behalf of Tibira in Western Khanâg and would like to buy produce.
'One moment!'

Objective 2

  • Wait for Dashên
  • Talk to Dashên

Tibira has asked you to take her copper ingot to Dashên at Iridír in Ambarûl and trade it for fresh produce. You should talk to Dashên.

Dashên: Dashên takes the copper ingot and hands you a crate loaded with a generous variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and a jar of honey.
'There we are. Give Tibira my thanks for her business.'

Objective 3

You have traded Tibira's copper ingot to Dashên at Iridír in Ambarûl for fresh produce. You should return to Tibira at Western Khanâg in Khûd Zagin with the crate.

Tibira: '<name>, you have the produce?'
You give her the crate.
'Dashên was kind to us today. It seems copper is fetching a fine price. Thank you for your help once again.'
