Background Phâredar received a message from Keteph asking for assistance. You can find Keteph at the Swain's Guild-hall in Umbar Baharbêl. Objective 1 Talk to Keteph Make your way to the Swain's Guild-hall in Umbar Baharbêl and speak with Keteph. He requires assistance and thinks you are the person for the job.
