Drunken Destinations

Once the furniture is used, the player will be endowed with the buff  Party Time. When the three phases of this buff progress, the player will collapse and be teleported to one of several random locations in Middle Earth, and for 5 minutes be under the influence of the buff  Wha...wait...what? Where?. It is also possible you may get ported without any pants on:  Huh? Where's my pants?, which lasts for 2 minutes.
