Effect Information

While applied to a target, this effect prevents them from moving, attacking, or using any of their skills. Unlike other Crowd Control effects, this effect can be overwritten by  Stunned,  Feared,  Knocked Down, and can be refreshed by another Daze effect. Upon expiration, this effect is replaced with  Temporary State Immunity.
