Effect Information
While applied to a target, this effect prevents them from moving, attacking, or using any of their skills. While active, it can not be overwritten with other similar Crowd Control effects, like Dazed,
Feared, and
Stunned. Upon expiration, this effect is replaced with
Temporary State Immunity.
