Techeron (Enedwaith)

Having joined the Grey Company, Techeron travels to Rivendell, and from there through Eregion into Enedwaith, where he offers the services of a Forge-master at Harndirion.

Services

A Forge-master can reforge and rename Legendary Items.

Every five character levels, a Legendary item can be reforged at a forge-master, raising its item level, DPS (or Tactical Damage Rating, Tactical Healing Rating, or Incoming Healing Rating depending on the item), and sometimes unlocking additional Tracery slots. This is also your opportunity to rename your Legendary item.

Techeron (Pelargir)

After a long journey through Dunland, the Gap of Rohan, West Rohan, the Paths of the Dead, Western Gondor and Central Gondor, Techeron can be found onboard the Night-jewel, the ship of Balakhôr the Scourge at the docks of Pelargir, getting ready to sail up the Anduin to Minas Tirith.
