Walkthrough & Notes
The goblin courier and defenders start their patrol just north of Durin's Stone area [66.6N, 135.7W] and patrol towards Kamaz-kala they end near the gates. If you have waited and don't see them near Kamaz-kala its best to head towards Durin's Stone. They have also been spotted at Muru Azog [67.4N, 136.2W].

Bestowal Dialogue You have done well, but new information gathered by our scouts informs us that the top two champions were not among the defeated. Unfortunately, we don't know who they are, but the scout heard goblins saying that a missive with the Wargs' names will be arriving at Dursh Hûl soon. Go grab that missive from the goblin messenger, will you? Then we shall deal with these so-called champions. Background The enemy has been carefully watching the competition between the Wargs of Azanulbizar. The competition has narrowed down to two champions. Objective 1 Defeat the goblin courier Defeat goblin-courier defender Defeat goblin-courier defender Recover the champion missive The goblin courier can be found on Gabilthurkhu, the Great-way, between Dursh Hûl and Kamaz-kala. Valdi has asked you to retrieve a missive from the goblin courier. Objective 2 Return to Valdi Valdi can be found in Amdân. You should talk to Valdi. Valdi: You have returned with the missive?
