Background After King Thráin and his vanguard set out to assault the gates of Khazad-dûm, a sudden revelation threatens to raise tensions between the Longbeards and the Zhélruka at Amdân. Objective 1 Talk to Thromur Thromur can be found at Amdân. Thromur, esquire of Frerin, has asked you to accompany him to confront Shálun. You should talk to Thromur. Objective 2 Talk to Thromur at Durin's Stone Thromur can be found at Durin's Stone. You have aided in the defeat of Urro One-hand and routed Bolg and the other Orcs at Durin's Stone. You should talk to Thromur. Thromur: 'I misjudged him... Shálun, I mean. My master is lost, but the King and Thorin live because of his sacrifice.' Thromur lets out a sorrowful sigh. 'The Iron-folk have come at last... I only hope it is not too late!'
