• Increases the proc chance of Thunderous Words and Harsh Debate.
  
  When both buffs become active on the Rune-keeper, they become one buff that can be consumed by Epic Conclusion to increase its damage and reduce its cooldown. If consumed in this manner, the Closing Remarks buff will be replaced by Aftershock.
 
You need 20 ranks in other traits in the Solitary Thunder branch.
