The trait Harsh Debate in the Solitary Thunder trait tree makes this skill have a 15% chance to grant the Harsh Debate effect to the Rune-keeper. Further ranks increase the potency of the effect.
The trait Closing Remarks in the Solitary Thunder trait tree allows Thunderous Words and Harsh Debate to combine into Closing Remarks, and is converted into Aftershock when this skill is used. The trait also increases the proc chance of Thunderous Words and Harsh Debate by up to 5% each.
The trait Furious Storms in the Solitary Thunder trait tree makes this skill have up to a 100% a chance to apply or tier up Furious Storm on the Rune-keeper, up to 5 stacks.
The set bonus Lightning Affinity in the Solitary Thunder trait tree increases the damage of this skill by 20%.

Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Roc armour set makes this skill reset the active cooldown of Shocking Words.

Tactical Information

Epic Conclusion is an extremely powerful Lightning damage ability. It should thus be only used near max attunement for maximum damage. Its usage differs slightly between specializations:

Solitary Thunder: This skill should be used as soon as it becomes available and the Closing Remarks effect is active on the Rune-keeper.
Cleansing Flame: This skill can be used in this specialization if Closing Remarks is traited. Unlike Yellow line, this skill is a lower priority. It should only be used about 5s before Smouldering Wrath comes off cooldown, at near max battle attunement, and Closing Remarks active. This ensures that Aftershock will be active for when Smouldering Wrath becomes available.
