Appearance
The lurker wears a skull-like mask on its face, and a bone-pile on its back; resembling Fladach, the first boss in the Sarch Vorn instance where the item drops. Unlike the instance boss, the cosmetic pet is rather small -- smaller than hobbit-sized, when summoned by a Man. (It is unknown at this time, whether it scales to the size of its owner).
