Facing His Fear
"Raphûz asked you to assist him in facing his greatest fear."

Background

Raphûz wants to prove his bravery and face his fear by seeking out the "largest boar in Ambarûl," Urushagân. He asked you to accompany him.

Objective 1

Calm Raphûz's nerves and begin the hunt
Assist and protect Raphûz as you search for Urushagân

Raphûz appears nervous. Speak with his to calm his nerves and begin your search for Urushagân.

Raphûz: 'I will steel my nerve, <name>. I must overcome my fear.'

He swallows hard.

'All the same, I am glad you are here with me.'

Raphûz wishes to speak with you

Objective 2

Speak with Raphûz and continue the hunt
Assist and protect Raphûz as you search for Urushagân

You fought alongside Raphûz to the centre of the boar den. He looks as though he could use some reassurance. Speak with him.

Raphûz: 'No, no friend. My resolve is stalwart. I only wonder which trail to follow to discover the beast.'

He looks at the paths and then chooses.

'Let us search there, friend.'

Speak with Raphûz to continue the hunt
Assist and protect Raphûz as you search for Urushagân

Raphûz's confidence is building. He believes Urushagân must be further in the boar den.

Raphûz: 'We will find him yet. I can see another hollow on the rise above. Let us move swiftly.'

Raphûz looks tired, but resolved. Speak with him

Speak with Raphûz to continue the hunt
Assist and protect Raphûz as you search for Urushagân

Raphûz is undeterred by not yet finding Urushagân. He urges you to help him press onward.

Raphûz: 'Is this beast another Shagâni myth?'

He smirks.

'Come, I think there is another hollow above where the beast must be.'

Raphûz wants to speak to you

Speak to Raphûz

After defeating the beast Raphûz wants to speak to you in a safer part of the area.

Raphûz: 'My friend, I could not have succeeded without you. I still will not stray so near to a boar that it could gore me without holding a weapon.

'But my fear of the creatures is diminished thanks to you.

'Please visit me in the Wrackwade, where I can thank you more formally.'
