Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue As Quickbeam's Huorn marches about above the Entwash's banks, you notice it begin to swat its branches at the nearby wood-flies, narrowly missing your head in the process. In the absence of the Ents and most other Huorns, it is clear that these disease-laden flies have grown unchecked and wild. You should aid the Huorn in culling their numbers. Background In the absence of the Ents, wood-flies have spread out of control and threaten to overwhelm the forest. Objective 1 Defeat wood-flies in Fangorn Forest (0/12) Wood-flies can be found throughout Fangorn Forest to the west of Derndingle. The Huorn seeks your aid in thinning the number of wood-flies in Fangorn Forest. You should defeat them. Objective 2 Talk to Quickbeam's Huorn You have slain many wood-flies and reduced the threat they posed to the Entwash and nearby trees. Huorn: Quickbeam's Huorn seems pleased that you have made an effort to rid the forest of disease-laden wood-flies. You slew many of their number, and judging by numerous crushed wings stuck to the Huorn's branches, so did it.
