Experience Boosts
- There are several different types of experience boosts in the Lord of the Rings Online.
- Tome of Extraordinary Experience (Levels 1-10) -- +100% XP from monster kills & quests, +100% IXP from monster kills, +100% mounted combat XP for 5 minutes until level 10
- Tome of Extraordinary Experience 100% -- +100% XP from monster kills & quests, +100% IXP from monster kills, +100% mounted combat XP for 1 hour
- Tome of Extraordinary Experience 200% -- +200% XP from monster kills & quests, +200% IXP from monster kills, +200% mounted combat XP for 1 hour
- Enhanced XP Supply (see also the discussion here ) -- doubles amount of XP from monster kills and quests based on character level
- Delving Tome of Enhanced XP Supply -- -- doubles amount of XP from monster kills and quests based on character level
- Small Reputation Acceleration Tome -- +1000 bonus reputation gained
- Reputation Acceleration Tome -- +5000 bonus reputation gained
- Virtue XP Items -- +bonus Virtue Experience gained
- Scroll of Greater Craft Acceleration -- +50% craft XP for 10 minutes
- Derudh's Stone -- +25% to XP from monster kills and crafting until level 64
- Outrider's Token -- +25% to XP from monster kills and crafting until level 74
- Shield of the Hammerhand -- +25% to all forms of XP until level 85
- Token of the Hornburg -- +25% to XP from monster kills and crafting until level 99
- Weightless Earring of the High Elves -- +25% to all forms of XP until level 105
- Earring of the Dead City -- +25% to all forms of XP until level 120
- Fateful Gundabad Earring -- +25% to all forms of XP until level 130
- Fleet Merchant's Earring -- +25% to all forms of XP until level 140
- Stone of the Tortoise -- XP disabler
- Flowing Silver Stone of the Tortoise -- XP disabler

Notes
- Two versions of experience boosts are found in-game with the same name and icon -- however with different Tool-tips (i.e. effects)!
- The current version available for purchase is known as: Tome of Extraordinary Experience
- Enhanced XP Supplies are found in those gift boxes you get for reaching certain levels as noted above.
- Neither item provides a benefit if you are at the level cap (150).
- While the basic effect is the same, the duration of the effects are slightly different.
- The Tome of Extraordinary Experience gives the Tome of Extraordinary Experience effect which lasts for one hour.
- This effect applies to all enumerated items during that time period.
- The Enhanced XP Supply adds a blue XP bar on your XP bar, very much like the VIP daily XP bar.
- The amount of bonus XP granted is equal to 1/3 the amount of experience required to reach the character's next level. This bonus is only consumed as you acquire experience similar to the bonus for Reputation Experience Small Reputation Acceleration Tome or Reputation Acceleration Tome and therefore persists across login sessions, i.e. it is not timed.
- The LOTRO Store offers two similar items
- Additive with The Welcome Back Weekend effects
- Two versions of experience boosts are found in-game with the same name and icon -- however with different Tool-tips (i.e. effects)!

Welcome Back Weekend
- The Welcome Back Weekend effects have been updated to now grant a % bonus to Experience Gain on Monster Kills, Crafting, Quest Completions, Legendary Items and Mounted Combat XP.

Enhanced Experience
- Rest experience is getting an overhaul! Basics: Rest Experience is becoming Enhanced Experience.
- There will be two kinds of Enhanced XP: VIP Bonus XP and Store item Bonus XP.
- VIP Bonus will appear blue on your experience bar. Store Bonus will appear as light blue. Bonus experience will apply to all basic forms of experience (adventure XP, legendary, steed, etc.). If both the VIP bonus and the Store bonus are present, the VIP bonus will be used first. Store Experience boosters, like the Tome of Extraordinary Experience, can be used along with these bonuses.
