Description
- You are from the region known as Near Harad but called Shagâna by its own people. Subjugated by the Great Empire of Ordâkh, the Shagâni are bidden to worship Sauron, but many defy this command. The Shagâni hail from many different vassal lands, descended from such fabled realms as Hamât, Nísaka, and the city-state of Zajâna. Its people are varied and accustomed to war and hardship.
