Ancient Script are used to barter for Traceries and Enhancement Runes in Gobeth Teithian, the Archive of Traceries within the Last Homely House, in Rivendell. ^{[29.6S, 3.3W]}

This item is obtained by disenchanting certain items, such as Traceries. Old legendary items (pre-Update 30.3) may also be converted by clicking the Appraise Item button and claiming the rewards (see also section Converting old legendary items to new legendary items with traceries).
