Walkthrough & Notes
There are exactly 8 orbs, divided between the upper and lower camps. It is possible to exit the upper camp at the far end by jumping down to the Winding Stair. Once your broken ankle has healed (~25 sec), you can go down one flight and enter the lower camp from its eastern end.

Objective 2 Talk to Legolas You have destroyed the blood orbs in Rûkhor's camp. You should report your success to Legolas near Kaslokroz.
