Draulush the Bloody is in the upper camp, at [61.9S, 2.0E] Mangath the Impervious is in the upper camp, at [61.9S, 2.1E] Narnagír the White-arrow is in the lower camp, at [61.8S, 1.7E] It is possible to exit the upper camp at the far end by jumping down to the Winding Stair. Once your broken ankle has healed (~25 sec), you can go down one flight and enter the lower camp from its eastern end.
