The Eastern Old South Road is an area within Swanfleet in the eastern region.

Split by a pair of waterfalls that flow into the river delta of Wadewater, this eastern section of the Old South Road begins roughly at those waterfalls, leading past the confluence of a pair of rivers, and on over the hill into Enedwaith before eventually passing through the King's Way Gate.

There is little of note to be found in the area surrounding the road beyond the occasional elven ruin, but between the large Uruk-hai camp of Sharmokal and prowling wargs, travel through the area can be treacherous. Nevertheless, there is no shortage of natural beauty to be found in the landscape whether traveling to or from Enedwaith.
