Bagud-dum is an old dwarf-fort in the heights of the Welkin-lofts. Still largely intact, the Angmarim of the Cult of Drugoth have taken it for their own use, training hobgoblin acolytes and summoning many fell-spirits for their work. Bagud-dum includes both an outer camp surrounding the fort and the interior, where Ugarad the Harbinger works.

If you enter the fort and head to the right, past the chamber where Quest:Instance: The Secret Ritual takes place, there is a hidden lever behind a pillar that will open a staircase that descends to Máttugard (be warned that you can't go back through to Bagud-dum once you've stepped into Máttugard). ^{[46.3S, 115.5W]}
