Walkthrough & Notes

The quest progresses automatically to the boss fight when the last non-boss drake is defeated. After completing your objectives, there is a limited time (2 minutes) before you will be automatically ejected from the instance. You need to find and open the "Mission Reward" chest before this happens. Defeating more enemies does not reset the timer! The Suitable Spot for Svalnath's Head is directly behind the Throne, which is found up the steps from the third floor of Vérnozal.

Bestowal Dialogue 'There is a fearsome old drake named Svalnath who nests in Gundabad. This spawn of Hrímil Frost-heart threatens all dwarves who walk upon the Three Peaks. We must find the drake and kill it if our people and their neighbours are to be safe here in Gundabad.'  Twist: Hrímil's Chosen Background Prince Ingór wishes to hunt the great frost-drake, Svalnath, and to bring great honour to the Zhélruka clan. Objective 1 Pick up the summoning horn Use the summoning horn at the beginning of the mission to summon Prince Ingór to your side. Objective 2 Use the Call Prince Ingór skill and talk to Ingór You should talk to Prince Ingór. If Prince Ingór is missing, and the Call Prince Ingór skill is not available, try using the /pet release command. Prince Ingór : 'Svalnath is near. Come, this way!' Objective 3 Fight the cold-drake horde Prince Ingór must survive Fight the cold-drake horde. If Prince Ingór is missing, and the Call Prince Ingór skill is not available, try using the /pet release command. The mighty drake, Svalnath, spawn of Hrímil Frost-heart has appeared! Objective 4 Defeat Svalnath Prince Ingór must survive Defeat Svalnath. If Prince Ingór is missing, and the Call Prince Ingór skill is not available, try using the /pet release command.
