Easterlings have captured this former Dalish town. The Jangovar rule and force Dorwinion and Chayasír refugees fleeing Rhûn to work and fight for them. Akh-gulûkh, leader of the Jangovar here, is in the Utterby Town Hall. ^{[25.3N, 14.2W]}
