General Information
Class: Lore-master
Level: 1
This skill is replaced by Improved Sign of Power: Command at level 66.
Effects
Using this skill applies Sign of Power: Command to the target.
Traits
The trait Enfeeble in the Ancient Master trait tree doubles the percentages of the debuff for the first 10 seconds.
The set bonus Force of Will in The Ancient Master trait tree increases the duration of the debuff by 15 seconds.
Interactions
The Lore-master Word of Mastery tracery Signs of Power Durations & Debuff increases the duration and magnitude of the debuff.
Tactical Information
This skill applies both an offensive and a defensive debuff to the enemy target, making it parry less attacks and causing it to attack slower. As with most debuffs, its effect is even greater when playing in a group, since everyone will benefit from it. It is thus advisable to keep Sign of Power: Command up whenever possible, unless the content is really trivial (e.g. fighting enemies that die with one hit). You can use Sign of Power: Command before engaging a fight, as the skill will not cause an enemy to aggro. Using it on a stealthed enemy will break it out of stealth, but will not aggro it.
Lore
The animation of Sign of Power: Command shows the word tûr, written in Tengwar. This can be translated as 'lordship'.
