Traits
The trait Enfeeble in the Ancient Master trait tree doubles the percentages of the debuff for the first 10 seconds.
The set bonus Force of Will in The Ancient Master trait tree increases the duration of the debuff by 15 seconds.
Interactions
The Lore-master Word of Mastery tracery Signs of Power Durations & Debuff increases the duration and magnitude of the debuff.
Tactical Information
This improved version of Sign of Power: Command debuffs up to five enemies in a big 10m radius, decreasing their parry chance and slowing their attacks. You can use (Improved) Sign of Power: Command before engaging a fight, as the skill will not cause an enemy to aggro. Using it on a stealthed enemy will break it out of stealth, but will not aggro it.
