Many Frost-bound hobgoblins guard the keep's grounds and the outcamp of Stazg Vozag, and more can be found inside. ^{[39.7S, 113.7W]} Though it is now the seat of Warlord Dushtalbúk and his Frost-bound since their arrival in Gundabad, Shakhajât used to be the seat of the Orc-chieftains of the mountain like Bolg and, until recently, his son Gorgar. Dushtalbúk now holds his councils in the Shakhajât Throne-room.
