The urn outside Gorthad Nûr is up the stairs next to the only Kirgrim, behind Thirindol. After pouring the water into the vessels on the bridge, a number of darkwaters will spawn on you.

You should retrieve the urns for Rauniel. FOREBODING URN "Indiscernible whispers emanate from the urn." Objective 2 Pour water into a vessel upon the bridge to Eithel Gwaur Pour water into a vessel upon the bridge to Eithel Gwaur Vessels for the water of the urns can be found upon the bridge to Eithel Gwaur in Rath Dúath.
