Utug-bûr can be found in the northern part of Urash Dâr. If available, purchased a ride to Nêruzig [18.2S, 56.4W] and follow you way through the Gorge of Woe. After following the river, ascend the cliffs at. [16.5S, 54.0W] Continue until you reach your destination. [14.9S, 52.8W] Select and click the scouting spot. After surveying the area, retrace your steps back to Neshurga.
