NOTICE: Drops of Fine Clover Honey can be bought from any Supplier, there is one, Gilfiniel, within the same room. Another option is to buy the honey from Viliar inside Tinnudir Keep, since you need to go to Tinnudir anyway to talk to Nat Collop for Laerdan's horse, and Villiar also sells the dwarf-molds Nat needs. If you do travel to Michel Delving, the supplier there is Bungo Puddifoot, found inside the Mathom House, downstairs by the workbench. Entering the Mathom House requires Acquaintance Standing with the Mathom Society. Acquire 5 drops and return to Filegnaneth. If your acquired honey goes directly into any crafting carry-all you might have, you will need to get them out so the quest can progress correctly...

'I am given to understand, however, that there is an expert cook in the Shire, the land of the halflings. Young Peregrin Took suggested I send someone to Michel Delving to find this cook, but the journey is far, and we are busy with many preparations. 'Perhaps you would undertake this task? Journey to Michel Delving in the Shire, far to the west of Rivendell, and purchase some fine clover honey, then return to me.' Background Laerdan sent you to Filegnaneth to collect provisions for the journey to Eregion, but she does not have the fine clover honey she requires to make lembas, the waybread of the Elves.
