You must interact with each of the Vile Bile Spills in order to follow the trail. The Waggon Driver can be found within the refuge of Tumladen. [77.3S, 28.8W] This is evidence of the passing of Indagir on his journey south - he was met in the Bail Avarc in the Ephel Angren, and during the Thaurisgar, the Vile Apothecary instance.

Bestowal Dialogue The waggon is abandoned with evidence of recent use. Inside the waggon are scattered phials of a green ichor that look eerily similar to you. Beside the waggon is a spilled phial. There could have been a struggle here. Background You found an abandoned waggon with traces of a vile ichor that reminds you of the same substance found in Thaurisgar. Objective 1 Search the waggon You found an abandoned waggon with phials of a familiar substance. This could be the mode of transport Indagir used. You should search the waggon to support your theory. The scattered phials have left a trail Objective 2 Follow the trail of spills into Tumladen This seems like the same substance you encountered in Thaurisgar. There is a trail of broken phials. You should follow the trail leading into Tumladen. It seems to follow the road Objective 3 Follow the trail of spills into Tumladen The bile spills seem to follow the road into Tumladen. This one is headed into Tumladen Objective 4 Follow the trail of spills into Tumladen The bile spills seem to follow the road into Tumladen. The waggon driver rubs his eyes and tries to focus on you. 'My waggon?' The driver nods his head. 'Some fellow requested a ride all the way to Linhir. I was happy to oblige, but I noticed the phials he was carrying with him had a very pungent and off putting odour. I questioned him about it and he got defensive and hit me... tried to steal the waggon. One of the patrols noticed and gave chase. So he grabbed what he could of his quarry and ran off. I don't know where he is. 'I am sorry.' Indagir once again seems to have escaped
