Ikhajât is found in multiple Midsummer Festival locations Duillond [24.6S, 93.0W], Inside Thorin's Hall [13.4S, 103.2W], The Party Tree [29.9S, 71.4W], the Prancing Pony [29.6S, 51.2W] and Minas Tirith (Midsummer) [22.4N, 53.6W].
