This effect is found on all creatures on Tier 3 difficulty of Instances following Update 41.
This effect applies to the following Instances:
- The Dragon and the Storm
- Ashunûg, the Fane of the Accursed
- Nirgambâr, the Restless Tomb
- Tûl Zakana, the Well of Forgetting
- The Temple of Utug-bûr - Dhórgruth
- The Temple of Utug-bûr - Thûr Hin
- The Temple of Utug-bûr - Inner Sanctum
