Description
The Caves of the Avorrim is a series of caves near Dol Amroth. [74.3S, 68.0W] They are the home of the Avorrim, a group of Elves lead by the Elf-maiden Dorthaneth. The band has been tasked by Círdan of Mithlond to keep watch over the abandoned havens of Edhellond, on the coast of Belfalas in Western Gondor.
The caves are accessed via a ravine midway between Edhellond and Dol Amroth.
