Brigands are evil Men who serve their own greed or desire for violence above all.
They can be found in places like Bree-land, the Shire, and Evendim. The Blackwolds of Chetwood are prime examples. The Corsairs of Umbar and Variags invading Gondor are also classified as brigands.
