Location
Agath-kali is the final boss of Bâr Nírnaeth in the Morgul Vale.
When she is standing in the bloody pool before the altar, Agath-kali will be healed constantly by the Roots of Morloth. Destroying the roots will stop the healing.
Abilities
On Tier 3, she periodically summons Spirits of Lamentation. They deal damage in % of morale to those nearby but despawn after a little while, so there is no need to fight them.

Agath-kali was once a mortal priestess of Sauron and experienced torturer. Among her victims was Eärnur, king of Gondor, after he rode to Minas Morgul in answer to the challenge of the Witch-king of Angmar and was lost. After he was turned loose to lead the Nazgûl to Morloth, Agath-kali became the first sacrifice before the Dark Tree and was remade into the ageless Gaunt-woman and became the keeper of the Tree and of the Houses of Lamentation raised around it.
