Bestowal Dialogue

'I just walked around the Festival Grounds and do you know what I saw? Why, my disappointed eyes beheld parched party-goers everywhere I turned! No Spring Festival can be properly enjoyed without the delightful notes of a smooth spring wine! I have some Spring Leaves for you if you will pick up jugs of spring wine from the tables in the centre of the Festival Grounds and deliver them to tables on the outskirts, <name>!'

Background

Arn Bulrush is concerned that the party-goers at this year's Spring Festival have become parched and will not enjoy his various activities unless their refreshments are refreshed.
