Description

Tumúldo Fierce-water is a Corsair of Umbar and former leader of the clan Morutágya, once based in Hêbatokh, a shadowy settlement in Ilmabiri, Umbar-môkh. During the War of the Ring, Tumúldo and his wife Nakási Wave-reaper rebelled against the tyrannical rule of Balakhôr the Scourge, and each lost a hand as punishment for their treason.

After the war, Tumúldo emerged as an emissary of the Kindred of the Coins, the new ruling faction in Umbar. He now travels with Nakási to Linhir, in King's Gondor.
