User:Noddi, once the update is live, please check if the entire NPC is removed, or just got unemployed but stays in his location. In the first case we should edit so categories are correct. Thanks. — Zimoon 13:32, 27 December 2021 (UTC)

I just checked the Bree Skirmish Camp, and Isenbar Took is no longer there at all. In fact, these particular Skirmish NPCs are all gone, everywhere; see Update 31.1 patchnotes:

Removed all IA vendors from skirmish camps, as they no longer serve a useful function there.
