Effect Information
When specialized in the Cleansing Flame trait tree, fire skills have a 20% chance to apply the base effect to the enemy target(s).
When 
Extreme Heat is traited, the potency of this bleed is increased, depending on the current applied tier of 
Writ of Fire on the enemy target(s). The applied tier of this effect is the same as the applied tier of Writ of Fire.
The trait 
Branded Marks increases the duration of this effect by 4 seconds.
