For now, we have temporarily placed a second rope at 16.3 S x 67.4 W. If you have the quest Year 3 Travels: Heights & Depths, you will be able to use this rope to enter Caras Galadhon. Visit Nár's Peak [65.6S, 8.5W] (2 Remembrances) Visit the tip of prow at Minas Tirith [65.6S, 17.2W] (2 Remembrances) A lower-leveled character can reach Minas Tirith by speaking with Nothwen in Bree to tour a house in the Cape of Belfalas, and then take the swift stable route that is just outside the eastern exit of the housing area.
