Nothwen is a Housing Broker, who allows players to purchase standard, deluxe and kinship houses within the Cape of Belfalas Homesteads.
Location
She is found at any of the following locations within within the area of Cape of Belfalas Homesteads:
- Inside the lighthouse Narvindon. [92.7S, 62.4W]
- On a scenic overlook above the Cathlond docks. [89.0S, 66.1W]
Travel
In addition to selling a variety of housing items, and bartering for Premium Housing Writs, Housing Brokers also allow you to "tour" (travel directly to) any uninhabited house in their housing area.
- Click a neighbourhood on the left side of the window.
- Select a house within the neighbourhood.
- Click the "Tour House" button at the bottom of the window.
This will port you to the selected house in the selected neighbourhood.
